I’m a design and product leader with 14+ years of experience building and scaling teams, research functions, and platforms across Southeast Asia. I’ve led design organisations of 20+ people, built UX research functions from scratch, and owned product strategy across multiple markets — at companies ranging from Agoda (Booking Holdings) and Xendit (YC S15) to regulated financial institutions across the region.
