I'm a design and product leader who's spent the last 14 years building the function before the function existed — first UX hire at Agoda, first Head of UX at a fast-growing fintech, founder of my own consultancy serving central banks and Fortune 100s. I've led orgs of 20+, built research practices from zero, and shipped products across more markets than most people visit in a lifetime.
